STUDIO KYCLOPS X SWIB 19 F/W

 
 

Brief

Swib is a casual brand for young ages. They contacted Studio Kyclops to capture the feelings of teenagers in New York. So, we planned the main concept as showing bright and active feeling of teenagers. With the high sales of 19 S/S surfing graphic shirts, this season Swib worked on a collections of graphic image T-shirts and seasonal fleece. "SUPER FUN LIFE" as the motto, we started the main concept of the project.

Approach

We planned "SUPER FUN LIFE" as motto, though the main theme with a group photo. Based on the brand slogans, to enjoy a fun and unique lifestyle, we wanted to case models of various races and conducted open call casting. The most important thing at this time was the height of the models. We wanted both male and female models to be about the same height. The location we chose was Pulasky Bridge where Long Island and Brooklyn meet, and took photos to capture both Long Island and Brooklyn. Because we decided that the free and casual atmosphere of these two regions would fit well with Swib products and the young models.

Result & Impact

Swib entered MUSINSA, the largest fashion commerce company in Asia, and recorded many sales with the main product of the 19 F/W.
