STUDIO KYCLOPS X THE MOIRES 18 S/S

Brief

The Moires is a New York based female designer brand. It is the brand with a floral style and freewheeling concept of California. Their goal is total wear from shoes, bags, pants, to swimming suit. The biggest challenge of this project was to harmonize two completely different regions as it is the brand made in New York but has California's sensibility.

Approach

Even though the brand was born in New York, it had California's sensibility. So, we decided two locations to blend the feelings of the east and west. We took photos of swimming suits and jumpsuits to express Summer vibe on a green and clean western view rooftop garden as a background. The other side was a quiet gas station in Greenpoint where eastern feeling of sun swept in Brooklyn. We took photos with a stronger feeling of California of lap skirt, jeans, and see through shirts, etc

Result & Impact

Through this project, Lynn entered a famous shop called CURVE in Los Angeles. After that, Lynn started distribution to various sales channels, and is currently operating well.
