STUDIO KYCLOPS X MOMBUCHA

 

BRIEF

Mombucha, a new local brewery in Greenpoint, Brooklyn, was in need of creative strategies and art direction to the brand so they reached out to us to acquire high-quality content to promote their products. Due to the high cost of creative freelancers and creative productions, the R&D budget was being consumed as marketing expenses, resulting in poor product quality. On the other hand, Kyclops had a structure that can make lower marketing costs so they started a partnership with our studio, which is equipped with an all-in-one system capable of art direction and content producing at once. We were able to tremendously reduce Mombucha's initial marketing costs. The costs were expected to be more than double if they hired freelancers including an art director based on the average prices of creatives in New York. Our all-in-one system was possible because we have all the human resources needed for all creative areas, consisting of an art director, who has accurate brand understanding, a videographer, and photographers who can produce high-quality content.

APPROACH

Mambucha, dreaming of becoming a global brand, had a product that was overwhelmingly delicious and of high quality compared to its competitors, but it was a small local brand that did not have a foundation for marketing knowledge and did not even have any branding assets. Their product itself was highly competitive, but their branding was not strong enough and it was just one of the ordinary startups in New York. Studio Kyclops proposed our content solutions including branding, art direction, and creative strategy to create Mombucha's strong brand identity. At the end, Logo, brand design, website strategy, and video content were created by Studio Kyclops from scratch.

RESULT & IMPACT

With our content solutions, Mombucha has been able to establish a solid brand identity and is actively doing marketing activities since they now have all the content assets (logo, website, photos, and videos) required for mass production marketing. Since August 2020, Mombucha has been our client and has achieved overall branding assets such as logo, package design, and social media content. Through our new subscription package, we analyzed what is needed for their current marketing campaign, and we were able to successfully conduct marketing globally and economically.

We dramatically reduce startups' marketing costs by providing a comprehensive branding solution at a much lower price compared to other creative agencies.
